Yellowhawk Circles of Care Project



Yellowhawk Circles of Care Project is a three year SAMHSA funded planning grant to design a holistic community based mental health systems of care for Native children & young adults from birth through age 25. Project staff will collaborate with community members and service providers to identify children's mental health needs & will pilot ways to meet these needs. The project hopes to promote services that reflect collaboration, coordination, evidence based practices, cultural, linguistic resonance that are family-driven and youth guided.
